PartyHub Events Co. was founded by Sophie Caldwell in 2014 with a simple belief: every event deserves the same level of care, creativity, and professionalism — whether it's a 50-person cocktail evening or a 2,000-guest festival.
What started as a solo operation run from a home office in Melbourne's inner east has grown into a tight-knit team of passionate event professionals. Together, we bring decades of combined experience across corporate functions, community celebrations, product launches, and large-scale public events.
We work collaboratively with every client, treating each brief as an opportunity to craft something truly special. Our size means you'll always deal directly with senior team members — no layers, no hand-offs, just genuine partnership from first conversation to final bump-out.

Founder & Event Director
With more than 15 years in event management, Sophie has built her career on meticulous planning and a genuine love of bringing people together. She holds a Diploma of Event Management from William Angliss Institute and spent her early career working across five-star hotel venues and boutique agencies before launching PartyHub in 2014. Sophie oversees every project personally, ensuring the creative vision and client expectations align perfectly from concept through to delivery. Her hands-on approach and calm leadership under pressure have earned PartyHub a reputation for consistently exceeding expectations.
Operations Manager
Marcus is the engine room of every PartyHub event. With a background in logistics and project management, he joined the team in 2017 and quickly became indispensable. Marcus manages supplier relationships with over 60 trusted vendors across Victoria, handles permitting and compliance, and builds detailed run sheets that keep every project on budget and on schedule. His ability to anticipate problems before they arise means our clients can relax knowing that every logistical detail — from bump-in timelines to catering coordination — is in expert hands.
Creative Lead
Ava brings a trained designer's eye to everything PartyHub creates. After completing a Bachelor of Design at RMIT and spending several years in brand and experiential agencies, she joined the team in 2019 to lead all styling, theming, and visual storytelling. From mood boards and colour palettes to bespoke signage and tablescaping, Ava transforms event spaces into immersive environments that tell a story. Her work has been featured in several industry publications, and clients regularly cite the visual impact of their events as one of the standout elements of working with PartyHub.
