How many guests can you cater for at a gala dinner?
We have produced intimate galas for 80 guests through to large-scale events seating over 1,200. The venue selection and service style are tailored to your guest count — we will recommend the best format whether that is a seated multi-course dinner, cocktail-style grazing or a combination of both.
Can you help with a charity auction or fundraising component?
Absolutely — fundraising integration is one of our specialities. We manage silent auction displays, live auction staging, paddle-raise moments and digital giving platforms. We also advise on auction item procurement and presentation to maximise bidding. Our team coordinates closely with professional auctioneers to keep energy high and results strong.
What is included in your venue styling service?
Our styling service covers concept development, mood boards, floral design, table settings, centrepieces, linen and chair selections, entrance features, ceiling installations, candles and ambient lighting. We manage supplier procurement, delivery logistics and on-site setup so the room is picture-perfect before the first guest arrives.
Do you manage dietary requirements?
Yes, thoroughly. Dietary information is collected during the RSVP process and mapped to individual place settings. We work with the catering team to prepare clearly labelled alternatives for every dietary requirement — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher and any other needs your guests may have.
How far in advance should we book for a gala dinner?
We recommend securing your date and venue at least three to four months ahead, especially during peak season (October through December). For large-scale galas with custom builds and high-profile entertainment, six months or more is ideal. That said, we have turned around beautiful events in shorter timeframes when needed.
Can you arrange entertainment and keynote speakers?
We can. We work with a curated roster of live bands, DJs, solo artists, comedians, MCs and keynote speakers. We handle artist selection, contracts, technical riders, rehearsal schedules and on-the-night coordination. If you have a specific performer in mind, we are happy to approach their management on your behalf.
